Terms of Service
By accessing the website at https://marineboatlifts.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
A. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials
(information or software) on the All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks website
for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a
license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
B. Disclaimer
- The materials on the All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
- Further, All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
- This disclaimer applies to the website and its materials. It does not limit any warranty we give in writing on physical work performed at your property.
C. E-Commerce & Automated Recurring Billing
All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks offers boat lift service plans that you can purchase on this website. Plans are sold as subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel.
- The two billing cycles. An annual plan includes one scheduled maintenance visit per year and is billed once every twelve (12) months. A semiannual plan includes two scheduled maintenance visits per year and is billed once every six (6) months. The cycle you select at checkout is the cycle you are charged on.
- When you are charged. Your card is charged at the moment you submit the plan form. Your plan is active from that point. Each renewal is charged automatically on the same cycle, using the payment method on file, without further action by you.
- How your card is handled. Card processing is provided by Stripe. Stripe stores your card details and provides us with a token that allows us to bill that card. We do not receive, see, or store your full card number.
- What the price covers. Plan pricing covers the labor and the published checklist for each scheduled visit. Replacement parts — including but not limited to motors, cables, cradles, bunks and pulleys — are not included and are billed separately. We will notify the property owner before any part is ordered, and nothing is added without the property owner’s approval.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future billing. A cancellation received after a renewal has been billed but before that period’s maintenance has been performed applies to the following period, not to the period already paid for; you remain entitled to the visit you have paid for.
- Refunds. A subscription payment is non-refundable once the maintenance for that period has been performed at your property. Before that work is performed, contact us and we will resolve it with you directly.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you at the email address on your account. If the payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled and scheduled service paused until it is resolved.
- Price changes. Plan prices may change. Any change takes effect at your next renewal, not mid-term, and we will give you notice at the email address on your account before that renewal is charged.
- Service area and access. Plans are offered in the areas we serve in Broward and Palm Beach County. You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property and the lift on the scheduled date. Where we cannot obtain access, we will reschedule.
- Who may purchase. By purchasing a plan you confirm that you are the owner of the property at the address given, or that you are authorized by the owner to arrange work on the boat lift installed there.
D. Limitations
In no event shall All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks website, even if All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
E. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on the All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks does not make any commitment to update the materials.
F. Links
All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
G. Modifications
All Power Marine Boatlifts & Docks may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Where a change materially affects an active subscription, we will give notice at the email address on your account before it takes effect.
H. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or purchase a service plan, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to All Power Marine Boatlifts, Docks & Decks, Inc. (“All Power Marine”, “we”, “us”) and to the website at marineboatlifts.com. It covers information collected through the website, through the forms on it, and through the service plan subscriptions sold on it.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that includes your name, email address, phone number, property address, the service plan you selected, and any notes you add. When you purchase a plan we also record that you accepted the terms, and the date and time you did so.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into fields hosted by Stripe and go directly to them. We never receive, see, or store your full card number. What we hold is a token from Stripe that lets us bill the card for your subscription, along with the last four digits, the card brand, and the status of each payment.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the site or advertisement that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits.
3. Cookies and Tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes.
- Necessary. Cookies that make the site work — keeping a form session together, remembering that you have submitted something, and security. The site does not function correctly without these.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, how people move through the site, and where visitors arrive from.
- Advertising. We advertise through Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our advertisements, Google places an identifier in a cookie on our domain so that we can tell which advertisements lead to enquiries and purchases. This is how we measure whether our advertising works.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google’s advertising personalization at myadcenter.google.com and its analytics collection with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking necessary cookies may stop forms on this site from working.
4. How We Use Information
- To respond to enquiries and to quote work.
- To take payment for a service plan and to bill its renewals.
- To schedule and perform the maintenance visits included in your plan, and to contact you about them.
- To send transactional email — confirmations, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations and payment failures.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax.
- To measure how the site and our advertising perform, and to improve both.
- To comply with the law and to protect our rights.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell mailing lists.
5. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only with what they need:
- Stripe — payment processing and recurring billing.
- Postmark — delivery of transactional email.
- Google — website analytics and advertising measurement.
- Zapier, and the Google Workspace services it connects to — moving your plan and scheduling details into the records and calendars we use to make sure your visits happen.
- Our hosting provider — operating and backing up the website.
- Our crew and subcontracted specialists — the name, address and contact details needed to perform work at your property.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
On selling and sharing. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited online identifiers with Google so that we can measure which advertisements lead to enquiries, and several state privacy laws treat that as “sharing” for targeted advertising even though no money changes hands. The controls in section 3 let you opt out of it, and you can also ask us directly using the contact details in section 12.
6. How Long We Keep It
- Subscription and payment records — seven years after the subscription ends, for accounting and tax purposes.
- Enquiries that do not become work — twenty-four months.
- Service history for a property — for as long as we service that property, and seven years afterward.
- Website analytics — according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Where we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
7. How We Protect It
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their job. Card data is handled by Stripe under their own security and PCI compliance program, which is why we do not hold it ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.
8. Your Choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete information we no longer need to keep;
- stop sending you marketing email — every marketing email also carries an unsubscribe link. Transactional email about an active subscription will continue, because it concerns your billing and your scheduled service;
- stop sharing your identifiers with advertising partners.
Write to us using the details in section 12 and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.
9. Children
This website and our services are directed at adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Other Sites
This site links to sites we do not control, including our social media profiles and our payment processor. This policy does not cover them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we handle information about an active customer, we will give notice at the email address on that account.
12. Privacy Contact
